Mars Iwai Tradition Wine Cask Finish Japanese Whisky 750mL

Mars’ Iwai Traditional whisky finished in exred wine casks from the Chateaus Mars winery. It has the same thick vanilla tones common with Mars releases, with more sweet fruits and pepper coming from the wine casks. Great quality and bang-for-buck, a highly regarded blend amongst Japanese whisky aficionados.

Nose: Thick Manuka honey. Soft oak, sweet orange peel, dry sherry and toffee.

Palate: Manuka honey, raisins, all spice, dry sherry, toffee and a little smoke. Mouth coating.

Finish: Honey, toffee, oak, butter, sherry and gentle spices. Errs on the side of malt rather than grain.

ABV: 40%
