The Macallan 18 Year Old Sherry Oak was bottled in 2021 for the annual release. It is matured for its entire maturation in selected oloroso seasoned oak casks from Jerez, Spain. For this longer maturation in rich, robust casks it really showcases the quality of the sherry and the wood. The qualities of this oak pairs beautifully with The Macallan's fruity, full-bodied new-make spirit. There's a reason The Macallan is one of the world's most adored single malts.
