This 32-year-old legacy release from Rosebank exudes a sophisticated and well-balanced character, combining the sweet aromas of pineapple and candied ginger with hints of lemon, marzipan, and white pepper. The velvety mouthfeel boasts a good body and subtle flavors of malt, thyme, butterscotch, tropical fruits, drying oak, and gentle spiciness. The soft, lingering finish offers notes of lemon, honeyed porridge, and toasted walnut.
