The Spirit Thief American Oak Shiraz is a truly unique whisky, matured in seasoned French oak casks which previously held Shiraz wine from South Australia’s award-winning Main & Cherry wines. The barrels have been re-coopered and given a medium toast and char, resulting in a spirit that is beautifully integrated with the wine and wood. A small release of only 850 bottles.
