Domaine Arak Brun 5 Year Special Reserve 750mL

Domaine Arak Brun 5 Year Special Reserve 750mL is named after François-Eugène Brun, the renowned producer of this famous arak. Without interruption since the winery's establishment in 1868, this arak is made from estate-grown Obeidi and Cinsault grapes, carefully selected at peak ripeness and combined with fresh anise. Since 2015, the anise used is grown in Deir el Ahmar, a village in the Baalbek district, by Domaine des Tourelles. This arak is produced in a traditional, hundred-year-old cellar, using a three-stage distillation process in alembics and aged for 5 years in old clay jars. It is not sweetened and best served with water, though ice may be added according to preference.
