The first release of a cask strength single malt from Japanese producer Sakurao who are famed for ageing in a tunnel rather than a warehouse. 

Color: Dark Amber 

Nose: Grassy, earthy with some citrus fruits, ripe grapes, orange and some cereal and fresh oak/pencil shavings 

Palate: Sweet vanilla with some saltiness combined with smoky undertones, subtle spiciness and moderate bitterness 

Finish: Oak spices with some sweetness and a hint of bitterness

ABV: 54%
