This expression, from Nikka’s Yoichi distillery, has been put together to mark the hundredth wedding anniversary of the company’s founder, Masataka Tagetsuru. It’s been finished in former apple-brandy casks, and provides bags of peat, along with notes of apple pie and fruit cake.
