Akashi Sherry Cask is a 2020 Limited Edition whisky which celebrates the 101st anniversary of Eigashima (Akashi White Oak) distillery. A sherry-matured vatting of whiskies distilled between 2009 and 2014. Non chill filtered and bottled at 50% Alc./Vol.

Nose: Cherries, incense, vanilla, toffee apple, flambe orange, coffee beans, Vanilla.

Palate: Cream sherry, orange candy, butter, nutmeg. Burnt toast, burnt eucalyptus, coffee beans.

Finish: Sherry, nutmeg, roasted chestnuts, coffee beans, ends with some subtle oak dryness.

ABV: 50%
