I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We ship all orders within one business day (Monday-Friday)

Where do you ship from and where are you based?

We are based in Sydney and ship all orders from  Sydney also.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Will my order get to me without any issues?

Yes, we use only the best carriers to deliver your bottles. We are also fully insured so we will replace any breakages immediately no questions asked.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, please contact us prior to placing an order to ensure we are legally able to send to your country.

I changed my mind, what do i do now?

If your order has not left our warehouse, we will refund you on the spot. If your order has already been shipped, you will be responsible for returning it to us prior to getting a refund. Please contact us via email at info@uptownliquor.com.au prior to sending any orders back to us.

I entered the wrong address, what do i do now?

Please email us at info@uptownliquor.com.au so we can correct any issues with delivery address.
